Another exciting update is here! We’ve been working hard on some major improvements to make event management even more flexible and powerful. Before we dive into what’s new, we’re proud to announce Votonic is officially launched and out of beta!

🎫 Multi-RSVPs (Beta) [Premium]

We’re thrilled to introduce one of our most requested features: Multi-RSVP! 🎉

When creating an event, you now have the option to allow users to select multiple RSVPs instead of being locked into just one choice. This is perfect for events that may require multiple roles for an attendee.

For example, if you’re hosting a gaming tournament, a single player could RSVP as both “Player” and “Referee” - allowing them to participate in matches while also helping to moderate other games.

Multi RSVPs can be enabled via the web interface by editing your RSVP options when creating an event.

👥 Time Finder Mentions

Time Finder just got a whole lot more powerful! You can now mention specific users or Discord roles when creating a Time Finder, making it easier to get input from the right people.
